The famous SUNDANCE Film Festival, located in the snow mountains of Utah (USA), takes place every year in January. Founded in 1981 by Hollywood actor Robert Redford, Sundance quickly developed its reputation by supporting independent filmmaking. Sundance belongs, together with Cannes, Berlin and Venice, to the most important international film festivals.
